Auto insurance rates are at a record high, and grumbles are being reported countrywide. Folks who are the owners of less expensive automobiles, or vehicles with low payments, whinge the cost to insure their automobile are more than their automobile payments. This is comprehensible, as the average policy is one or two hundred dollars a year! There are many factors that may affect ones rate, e.g. driving record and age. If insurance corporations base their rates on these contributors, are shoppers ready to manipulate them and take costs into their own hands?
